You cannot convert a video into a PDF file directly. But you can save particular picture frames from the video as PNG and after that you can convert and merge them to PDF.
It is possible to create particular picture frames as PNG in the VLC player:
- Open your MP4 file with the VLC player.
- Create some video snapshots: Picture frames can be created directly in the VLC-Player with
- The picture file will be saved automatically as PNG in your user folder: "C:\Users\Username\Pictures"
The files are saved starting with "vlcsnap-" and the Date/Time. - You can create as many video snapshots as you like.
